Perks Extending Beyond a 401k

Of course, our organization offers competitive compensation. Our traditional benefits include the opportunity for bonuses and a benefits package that currently includes health and dental. These are just the basics, however. At Malisko, we aim to go above and beyond in supporting our employees.

Learn more about our competitive benefits:

Employee Focused Environment

We are only as good as our employees, better everyday in fact because of the support they offer. To develop our staff, we regularly encourage their growth. From professional training opportunities to help in accomplishing personal objectives, our focus lies in our people.

At Malisko, you are not a number. Efforts are immediately recognized, and we reward employees who go above and beyond.

Tuition Reimbursement
Where we attract the best, we also gladly encourage our teams’ growth. To better support both our clients and team members, we offer all employees tuition reimbursement, allowing them to further themselves, their knowledge-base, and their professional capabilities. Learn with us, and let us learn from you.
Work-Life Balance
When most people think of engineers and automation, they regularly think of numbers, spreadsheets, and heads down into computers. Malisko shows this is never further from the truth. We emphasize work-life balance meaning we’re going to ensure you make it home for a meal instead of ordering take out to the office. While a variety of exciting projects may take you to our client sites, Malisko recognizes you value your time with family and friends outside of work. We want our employees to have a personal life, and we seek to support them in this whatever their goals.
Paid-Time Off
Vacation, vacation, vacation. Not everything is all fun and games, but where we work hard, we consistently endeavor to provide our employees with rest too. Our competitive time-off policy allows you to see the world, or stay at home if you like. Whatever your vacation preferences, we want to support your dreams.
401K Retirement Plan
With our clients, we are constantly looking into the future. And the same applies to our employee’s long-term well-being. We offer employer matching as a means of ensuring your 401K meets its goals and you can retire on track.
Profit Sharing
When we do well, so do you. At Malisko, we regularly set aside a portion of our profits for the entire team. Our grounding philosophy is building a team where we collaborate. It is only right everyone reaps in a share of the rewards.
Casual Dress Code
Suit and ties? No thank you. With a casual dress code and relaxed work environment, we want you to be comfortable in the office.
