Malisko Improves Reliability for Pet Food Manufacturer by Adapting and Upgrading the Industrial Automation Control System (IACS) and Production Equipment

St. Louis, Missouri – Malisko Engineering, Inc.will re-purpose and integrate existing Legacy PLC and communication components into Rockwell ControlLogix technology. Incorporating a new laser sensing and alignment technology into a Shuttle Positioning System will allow the customer to meet their reliability and repeatability requirements. Additionally, Malisko will utilize a vision camera system to upgrade an existing Basket Tracking System which will positively identify each basket by number, track the basket loading on an event-based scheme, as they are transferred throughout the process. accomplish this.
