Services Rendered: Controls Programming, Off-Site development and testing, Remote implementation and testing support, P&ID Updates.

Objective: Add programming to control a new Tube & Shell Heat Exchanger that was added to the existing Hot Water Recovery Tank to maintain heat level in that tank.

Challenge: Off-site simulation and testing to make sure everything was working correctly.

Solution: Used custom tools to simulate the process on development system. Programming was well tested on simulation system and implementation went smoothly.

Results: Successfully implemented controls for a new Tube & Shell Heat Exchanger to maintain heat on the Hot Water recovery tank. This helps processes that need hot water for heating product to get to required temperature faster and save time.
