After a 12 year-old Ryan visited the Corvette factory in Bowling Green, Kentucky, he knew he wanted to part of how America makes things. With continued interest in the art and science of manufacturing, Ryan pursued his Bachelors in International Business at Calvin College. After graduating, he realized his dream of working with manufacturing by holding client relations positions throughout the manufacturing industry. At Malisko, Ryan enjoys bringing together the right people for the right job to tackle complex projects, and helping to bring the total solution to the client's plant floor.

St. Louis, Missouri – Malisko Engineering, Inc. is happy to recognize long-time employee Jim Gauch. Jim has been a part of the Malisko team for 19 years, working in all three offices (St. Louis, Denver, and Eau Claire). Originally drawn to Malisko by an introduction in technical college, James has stayed because of the challenging work, progressive mindset, and honest management.  

Now the Director of Operations for the northern region, Jim has experienced the company grow from 5 employees to over 40 and has been directly involved with the addition to two new offices. Appreciative of the amount of knowledge, technical skills and work-life balance, Jim looks forward to working alongside his team members and maintaining growth of Malisko into new areas of the globe.
