After a 12 year-old Ryan visited the Corvette factory in Bowling Green, Kentucky, he knew he wanted to part of how America makes things. With continued interest in the art and science of manufacturing, Ryan pursued his Bachelors in International Business at Calvin College. After graduating, he realized his dream of working with manufacturing by holding client relations positions throughout the manufacturing industry. At Malisko, Ryan enjoys bringing together the right people for the right job to tackle complex projects, and helping to bring the total solution to the client's plant floor.

Personal Passion
He likes spending time with his family and helping his children to blaze their own trail.

CONTROL SYSTEMS ENGINEER

After having the opportunity to see the Audi and BMW plants, Mike new he wanted to pursue a career in engineering and automation. With this career path in mind, Mike attended Colorado State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. In his time with Malisko, he has come to appreciate learning how many different products are made and being able to help clients add value to their process or product. Mike listens and understands clients’ pain points while consulting with them to come up with solutions that make the clients’ job easier.

Personal Passion
Getting outdoors and soaking in the scenery. When he’s not working, he’s probably fly fishing, camping or just getting into the outdoors.

Biggest Accomplishment
Finding a career that gets him excited to get out of bed in the morning, and being in a location close to friends and family.
